3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
The main body and exposed metal parts are made of stainless steel, and ceramic sheets, rubber parts, metal sheets, etc. are used as sealing elements.

4 Classification and naming
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 According to the opening and closing control mode, it is divided into single handle, double handle, induction, delayed self-closing, etc.
4.1.2 According to the number of control water inlet pipes, it is divided into single control faucet and double control faucet.
4.1.3 Divided into kitchen faucet, lavatory faucet, bathtub (including bathtub/shower) faucet, shower faucet, bidet faucet by purpose

4.2 Naming

5 Supporting device
5.1 The shower head matched with the shower faucet and bathtub faucet shall meet the requirements of GB/T 23447.
5.2 The hose matched with the faucet should meet the requirements of GB/T 23448.
5.3 The drainage fittings matched with the faucet shall comply with the regulations of JC/T 932.

6 requirements
6.1 Materials
6.1.1 Material composition
All materials used in faucets that are in direct contact with drinking water should not cause harm to human health, and should not cause any water to drinking water.

6.2 Appearance
6.2.1 The surface of the faucet should be smooth, and there should be no obvious scratches, bruises, coarse sand patterns, sharp edges, burrs, needle holes, slag inclusions and other defects.
6.2.2 The surface structure of the coating is fine, smooth, and uniform in color, and there should be no defects such as sagging, exposed bottom, obvious scratches and bruises.
6.2.3 The surface of the plastic part should not have obvious defects such as flash, sink mark, warpage, welding mark, etc.
6.3 Thread
6.3.1 The thread surface should be smooth and clean, and there should be no obvious defects such as dents and rotten teeth.

6.4 Assembly
6.4.1 The action of the assembled handle or handwheel should be light, stable and free from jamming. The transfer switch should be easy to pull, stable, and free from jamming.
The lifting part and the lifting rod should be firmly connected. The rotating water outlet pipe of the faucet should rotate easily and without jamming.

6.8.4 Moisture resistance
After testing according to 7.8.4, it shall meet the requirements of 6.8.1 and 6.9.2.
6.9 Performance
6.9.1 Mechanical properties against water pressure
The water pressure resistance mechanical performance of the faucet should meet the requirements of Table 2.
6.9.9 Anti-use load
6.9.9.1 After (6±0.2)N·m is applied to the faucet handle or hand wheel in the opening and closing directions, there should be no deformation or damage to weaken the faucet.
If the head function occurs, the upstream seal of the faucet valve core should meet the requirements of 6.9.2.

6.9.12 Backflow prevention performance
Removable faucets and kitchen faucets with spray guns should have a backflow prevention function. According to the test of 7.9.12, there should be no siphon phenomenon.
6.9.13 Life
6.9.13.1 Life of faucet switch
Carry out the test according to 7.9.13.1.During the test, the parts should not be broken, jammed or leaked. After the test is completed, the spool is up and down

6.9.13.4 Life of removable faucet

6.9.13.5 Swing life of spherical connection
The movable faucet with spherical connection is tested according to 7.9.13.5.After the test is completed, the downstream sealing performance of the valve core should meet

6.10 Performance of stainless steel temperature control faucet
The performance of stainless steel temperature-controlled faucets shall not only meet this standard, but also meet the requirements of QB/T 2806.
6.11 Performance of stainless steel CNC thermostatic faucet

6.12 Performance of stainless steel induction temperature control faucet

7 Test method
7.1 Materials
7.1.1 Material composition
The chemical composition of stainless steel materials is tested in accordance with the relevant parts of GB/T 223 or other national standards and industry standards. Zhong

7.2 Appearance
