3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined by ISO 14125 and GB/T 35465.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Bending fatigue
Fatigue under alternating bending stress or strain.
4 Principle
Under different bending stress or strain levels, cross the specimen with a constant stress or strain amplitude, stress ratio or strain ratio and frequency.
Change the stress or strain until the specimen fails, analyze and process the test results, and draw the stress life (SN) or strain life (ε-N) curve.
5 Test equipment
5.1 Testing machine
5.1.1 The test equipment should meet the requirements of GB/T 35465.1.
5.1.2 The size measurement tool should be accurate to 0.01mm.
5.2 Bend test device
The loading method is divided into three-point bending method and four-point bending method. The loading diagram of the three-point bending method is shown in Figure 1, and the loading diagram of the four-point bending method
