1 Scope
This part of GB/T 35465 specifies the terms, definitions, and principles of the tensile-compression and compression-compression fatigue performance test methods of polymer matrix composites.
Management, test equipment, samples, condition adjustment and test environment, test procedures, test results, data processing and test reports.
This section applies to the tensile-compression fatigue and compression-compression fatigue performance tests of polymer matrix composites under constant amplitude and constant frequency cyclic loading conditions.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5258 and GB/T 35465.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Tension-compression fatigue
The maximum stress/maximum strain is the tensile stress/tensile strain, and the minimum stress/minimum strain is the fatigue at compression stress/compression strain.
3.2
Compression-compression fatigue
Both the maximum stress/maximum strain and the minimum stress/minimum strain are fatigue at compression stress/compression strain.
4 Principle
Under different stress or strain levels, perform stress ratio on the specimen with a constant stress or strain amplitude, stress ratio or strain ratio and frequency
The cyclic loading test with a stress ratio of less than 0 (tension-compression) or greater than 1 (compression-compression) continues until the sample fails, and the test results are analyzed and processed.

5 Test equipment
5.1 The test equipment should meet the requirements of GB/T 35465.1.
