This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required. 1 Scope

This document specifies the classification index requirements, classification codes, test methods, inspection methods and other requirements for pre-treatment combustibles of domestic waste in cement kiln co-treatment. Inspection rules, transportation and storage. This document applies to the model where domestic waste is processed before being disposed of in cement kilns. This document does not apply to domestic waste that is not treated and disposed directly in cement kilns.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 30485 and GB/T 30760 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 Combustible material preprocessed from municipal solid waste; CMSW Combustible materials obtained from pre-processed domestic waste from a clear source, which can provide a certain amount of heat when co-processed. Note. The combustible materials pre-treated from domestic waste co-processed in cement kilns do not include hazardous wastes listed in the National List of Hazardous Wastes.

4 Grading index requirements

4.1 Receive the base low heat The combustible materials in the pretreatment of domestic waste are divided into five levels. level 1, level 2, level 3, level 4 and level 5 according to the received basic lower calorific value (Qnet,ar). Level 1 received base low calorific value ≥ 25 MJ/kg, level 2 received base low calorific value ≥ 20 MJ/kg, level 3 received base low calorific value ≥15 MJ/kg, level 4 received basic low calorific value ≥10 MJ/kg, level 5 received basic low calorific value ≥6 MJ/kg.
