Part 2. Cutting gears
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 35060 stipulates the requirements, test methods, and cutting gears for the drum shearer for underground mining coal mining face.
Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This section applies to the cutting drive of the longwall mining method using a drum shearer (hereinafter referred to as "seminator").

3 requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The cutting gear shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
3.1.2 The raw materials used in the manufacture of cutting gears shall comply with the requirements of the drawings.
3.1.3 The type, specification and performance of standard parts and purchased parts should meet the design requirements.
3.1.4 Parts processed according to the design drawings shall be inspected and qualified.
3.2 Assembly requirements
3.2.1 Assembly shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.10.
