1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms and definitions of the evaluation of materials for civil buildings, the evaluation of the design stage, the evaluation of the construction stage and the method of scoring.
This standard is applicable to the preliminary evaluation and comparison of the material level in the civil construction design stage and the construction stage. It can also be used for green building materials.
