1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of determination of the friction torque of rotating shaft lip seals.

4.1 friction torque test equipment should be adjustable eccentric cavity, rotating parts and torque sensors, Figure 1 is a typical test equipment

4.2 Torque sensor accuracy of not less than ± 0.5% FSR; other parts should be consistent with GB/T 13871.4-2007 of the 5.1 requirements.

e) the inner diameter of the cavity of the sealing ring and the surface roughness;
f) Test shaft diameter, surface roughness and surface hardness.
