Nondestructive testing of composite laser dislocations
Speckle detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of laser dislocation speckle detection of composite materials.
This standard applies to testing composite laminates, cellular sandwich adhesive components, foam sandwich adhesive components, detectable defect type package
Including debonding, delamination, impact damage and so on. Other materials, adhesive defects testing, can refer to use.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 20737 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Displacement out-of-planedisplacement
The displacement component perpendicular to the surface of the object (normal direction). The parameters directly measured by laser misalignment speckle technique are essentially the out-of-plane of the object
Displacement.
3.2
Displacement shearvector
Shear amount
The optical imaging device of the laser misalignment speckle detection system superimposes two misalignment images of an object, the distance between two images and the phase
The direction, see Figure 1.
3.3
Specklegram of speckle
The laser-irradiated speckled image on the surface of the object due to diffuse reflection is shown in Figure 2a). Randomly distributed spots along with objects
Body surface deformation synchronous movement, a surface displacement information carrier.
3.4
Interference fringe pattern fringepattern
Before and after deformation of two speckle figures subtracted to get the black and white striped image, shown in Figure 2b), the stripe contains the surface of the object
Displacement information.
3.5
Phase map phasemapshearogram
The corresponding point optical interference optical phase obtained through the operation of multiple speckle patterns obtained by the phase shift device in the laser dislocation speckle system
