Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard and the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Test and Standards Manual (Recommendationsonthe transportofdangerousgoods-Manualoftestsandcriteria) (Rev. 6). This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of hazardous chemicals management (SAC/TC251) and focal point. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard. Fanbin, Xiaoqiu Ping, Liu Gang, Zhou Jian, Zeng Guoliang. Chemical unstable gas classification test method

1 Scope

This standard specifies the chemical instability of gas classification test methods. This standard applies to GHS, an additional sub-category of flammable gases --- chemically unstable gas classification test. This standard does not apply to test the decomposition of gas under the conditions of the chemical plant and gas mixture may occur between different gases Risk response.

3 Terms and definitions

GB 30000.3 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Chemical instability Even in the absence of any combustibles (such as air or oxygen), the gas or gas mixture can still react dangerously Should result in a characteristic of increased temperature and/or pressure. 3.2 Chemical instability gas chemicalyunstablegases Flammable gas that can react violently even in the absence of air or oxygen. NOTE Mixtures (such as flammable gases and oxidizing gases) that react dangerously with each other and are not considered chemically unstable as referred to in this standard gas. 3.3 Test gas The gas or gas mixture under test. 3.4 Initial pressure initialpressure p0 The pressure in the container was tested under normal temperature and pressure (20 ° C, 101.3 kPa). 3.5 The corresponding initial pressure correspondinginitialpressure pc The pressure in the vessel when tested at 65 ° C. NOTE For a fully gaseous test gas, the corresponding initial pressure is the pressure in the vessel at the maximum (filling) pressure at 65 ° C at ambient temperature
