General technical requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the flameproof, increased safety or explosion-proof - by-composite resistance heater general technical requirements and test requirements.
This standard applies to explosive gas atmospheres installed and used in the rated voltage 1140V and below Class II metal heating element shell
Hermetic resistance heater.
This standard does not apply to the following resistance heater.
--- Heating medium does not need oxygen to burn or explosion or unstable chemical resistance heater;
--- Induction heating, skin effect heating, dielectric heating or any other heating system, including the current through the liquid, the shell or pipe plus
Thermal system
--- Medical equipment;
--- Used in the piping, tanks and related equipment used to increase or maintain the temperature of such equipment without direct contact was added
