1 Scope

This standard defines the all-terrain vehicle coordinates and sports, wheels and tires, suspension systems, steering systems, directional dynamics, ATV Dynamic characteristics, ATV - the aerodynamic characteristics of the pilot system, test and system, and other terminology definition. This standard applies to all-terrain vehicles.

2 coordinate system and movement

2.1 coordinate system axissystems 2.1.1 Fixed ground coordinate system (X, Y, Z) earth-fixedaxissystem (X, Y, Z) Right-hand rectangular coordinate system fixed on the ground. The origin is a point on the ground, the X-axis and Y-axis lie in a horizontal plane, and the X-axis means To the front, the Y axis points to the left and the Z axis points vertically upwards. The trajectory of the ATV movement is described by this coordinate system (see Figure 1). Figure 1 Ground fixed coordinate system 2.1.2 Motion Coordinate System (x0, y0, z0) movingaxissystem (x0, y0, z0) Right-hand rectangular coordinate system fixed on ATV. The origin is the ATV center of mass, the x0 axis is the longitudinal symmetry plane of the ATV (See 2.1.6) intersecting the horizontal plane passing through the center of mass of the ATV, pointing in front of the main movement direction of ATV, y0 axis perpendicular to the longitudinal The plane of symmetry, horizontally pointing to the left, z0 axis perpendicular to the x0 and y0 plane, pointing up (see Figure 2).
