1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the distribution of terrestrial observation satellite remote sensing data, service requirements, service procedures, user management requirements, and other related requirements. Related to technical support and technical services. 5 Data distribution requirements

5.1 Data Product Type Satellite remote sensing data products should mainly include the following products. a) Optical remote sensing data products. --- Full color data products; --- Multispectral data products; --- Hyperspectral data products; --- Infrared data products; --- Other optical remote sensing data products. b) Microwave remote sensing data products. --- Active microwave data products; --- Passive microwave data products. c) Other remote sensing data products. such as geophysical data products. 5.2 Data Product Classification The products are classified according to the processing level of satellite data products, and are divided into 0 to 6 products. details as follows. a) Level 0 (L0) is the original data product obtained by processing the data received by the ground station through de-formatting, etc .; b) 1 (L1) and 2 (L2) products are basic data products that are widely used in various industries and fields. 6 Data service requirements

6.1 Archive data service processes and requirements 6.1.1 Archive data service process The network service process for archiving data is shown in Figure 1. Ordering and data download. For satellite programming services, after the satellite acquires data and receives and processes it on the ground, it can provide it according to the archived data. 6.4.3 Data Product Temporary Storage Period For data ordered online by users through the data distribution service website, a temporary storage period of data of not less than 7 natural days is provided. 6.4.4 Technical Document Download Service Provides technical file download services related to satellite and data products, which generally include. a) Basic introduction of satellites and sensors; b) product manuals; c) absolute radiation calibration coefficient; d) sensor spectral response function; e) the irradiance of the solar spectrum at the top of the sensor's atmosphere; f) Other relevant technical documents. Satellite-related technical documentation should be provided within 30 working days after the satellite is delivered for use, and absolute radiation calibration coefficients are provided at least annually once. 6.4.5 Technical consulting services Provide consulting services based on telephone, Internet and other methods. Service information such as hotline and email address are published on the website.
