Reliability accelerated test method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the accelerated test method for reliability of household and similar electrical appliances.
This standard applies to time-censored test and the reliability of growth, improve the test.
2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
Electrotechnical terminology credibility and quality of service
GB/T 5080.7 equipment reliability test under constant failure rate under the assumption of failure rate and MTBF validation test program
3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 2900.13-2008 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Acceleration factor
The ratio of failure distribution characteristics (or reliability level) of a product under expected stress conditions to high stress conditions.
Note 1. For accelerating tests, the acceleration factor is greater than one.
Note 2. When the product is assumed to have a Poisson distribution of constant failure rate, the acceleration factor refers to the time the product is under stress and the time under high stress
ratio.
3.2
High acceleration limit test highlyacceleratedlimittest; HALT
Under specified environmental stress, the test or test sequence used to identify the most likely mode of failure of the product.
Note 1. HALT is sometimes mistakenly referred to as a high accelerated life test.
Note 2. As an accelerated test of non-index evaluation, it can not obtain the information of product life but can get the information of product design stress limit.
3.3
Class A accelerated test typeAacceleratedtest
Qualitative acceleration test, mainly for the discovery of failure mode and (or) failure phenomenon.
The purpose of this type of test is not to determine the value of quantitative indicators of product reliability, but rather to stimulate the functional performance of the product during the experiment.
Note In the product development process, the use of Class A accelerated test without verifying the reliability of indicators and access to the reliability of growth in the case, by reducing the failure mode
Increase the number of products and enhance product robustness to improve its reliability.
3.4
Type B accelerated test typeBacceleratedtest
Quantitative acceleration test, mainly for the normal use of the product failure distribution.
It is the level of reliability that is used to determine the expected life of a product using stress-cumulative damage methods.
