This document replaces GB/T 34413-2017 "Standards for Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance Benefits for Employees", which is consistent with GB/T 34413-2017
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed "Benefit Approval" (see Chapter 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 of the.2017 edition);

1 Scope
This document stipulates the payment of basic pension insurance benefits for employees, the payment of benefits, the payment of benefits, qualification certification, file management, service supervision,
Evaluation and improvement requirements.
This document is applicable to the payment services for employees' basic endowment insurance benefits provided by social insurance agencies (hereinafter referred to as "social security agencies").
Institutions and organizations entrusted by social security institutions that provide payment services for employees' basic endowment insurance benefits can be used for reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions defined in GB/T 27768, GB/T 31596.1 and GB/T 31596.2 apply to this document.
4 Treatment approval
The basic endowment insurance benefits of employees shall be approved in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 37772.1-2019.
5 Treatment Payment
5.1 Basic requirements
Social security institutions should adopt the method of socialized payment to provide employees with basic pensions on time and in full for those insured who are eligible to receive benefits.
Insurance benefits. In the event that the conditions for receiving and distributing the benefits are not met, the social security institution shall handle the suspension of the payment of benefits in accordance with the regulations.
5.2 Payment of benefits
5.2.1 The social security institution shall pay monthly basic pension insurance benefits for employees in the previous month, as well as the increase and decrease of employees receiving benefits this month.
The system generates the payment details of the basic endowment insurance benefits of employees this month, and conducts the payment of benefits.
