1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of classifying and classifying drought disasters.
This standard applies to agriculture, forestry, hydrology, meteorology and other related social and economic fields of drought disaster monitoring and evaluation of business and research
jobs.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Climatologicalnormal
