1 Scope
This standard specifies the single station freezing weather levels and methods of classification.
This standard applies to the freezing weather monitoring, forecasting, early warning and disaster risk assessment.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Rain 凇 glaze
Cooled liquid precipitates hard ice directly frozen after touching the ground objects, it is transparent or frosted glass, the appearance is smooth or slightly
