4 measurement conditions
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Environmental requirements
LED product measurement should be carried out under the conditions specified in the product. If no specified conditions, then the measurement conditions should be as follows

--- Temperature .25 ℃ ± 3 ℃;
--- Relative humidity of not more than 65%;
--- Ambient lighting. Illumination should be less than 0.5lx;
--- Environmental surface reflectance should be less than 10%.
4.1.2 Power Requirements
LED products should work in a stable current or voltage, and product deviations of not more than 0.2%.
