Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of radiation safety and laser equipment (SAC/TC284) centralized. This standard was drafted. Beijing Institute of Optoelectronics Technology, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Eleventh Institute, Hangzhou, Zhejiang University three-color instruments Co., Ltd., the National Laser Device Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the State Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), the National Lighting Quality Supervision Inspection Center (Zhongshan), LED National Semiconductor Lighting Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. General lighting LED products with light radiation safety requirements

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general lighting with LED products (hereinafter referred to as LED products) optical radiation safety requirements; established LED product light Radiation safety assessment and general principles of light radiation hazard classification; given LED products, optical radiation safety precautions. This standard applies to the main emission wavelength of visible light (380nm ~ 780nm) various types of general lighting with the production of LED products, seized Test and use.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 2900.65-2004 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Up to light emission accessibleopticalemission Under reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, the human eye or skin may be subject to the light emitted by LED products. In order to determine the LED products The hazard category, using up to light emission and emission limits compared to determine. 3.2 Spectral weighting function spectralweightingfunction The effective spectral efficiency of biological effects caused by different wavelengths is used to calculate the effective magnitude of the corresponding photobiological effect. 3.3 Angle of reception angleofacceptance The detector has a flat angle of response to light radiation. 3.4 Opposite angularsubtense To the corner Apparent light source to the observer's eye or measuring point formed by the perspective. The standard angle of the angle refers to the whole corner, not half-width. The unit is radian (rad). Note 1. Mirrors and lenses used as projection devices usually change the angle of the anisotropy, that is, the apparent light source is different from the actual light source. 3.5 Blu-ray hazard bluelighthazard; BLH Photochemical-induced retinal damage induced by radiation exposure in the wavelength range from 300 nm to 700 nm.
