Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 32517-2016 "Mounted couplers for permanent connections in fixed installations".
Compared with.2016, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope of application, added the maximum current of DC mounted coupler and mounted coupler, changed the maximum current of mounted coupler
Applicable temperature range (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2016 edition);
--- Changed the definition of mounted coupler (see 3.5, 3.5 of the.2016 edition), changed the term terminal block to splitter (see
3.14, 3.10 of the.2016 edition), changed the definition of routine test (see 3.17, 3.13 of the.2016 edition), changed the definition of accessible
Definition of (see 3.19, 3.15 of the.2016 edition), added definition of live parts (see 3.22);
--- Changed the general description of the test conditions (see 5.1, 5.1 of the.2016 edition);
--- Added the rated current type of the mounted coupler and the rated voltage of the mounted coupler in DC applications (see 6.1);
--- Added test requirements for rated values (see 6.4);
--- Added the classification of mounted couplers (see Chapter 7);
--- Changed the requirements for marking and documentation of mounted couplers (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2016 edition);
--- Increased the connection capacity values of the terminals of the removable wired female and male connectors (see 11.2);
--- Changed the test requirements for protection against harmful water ingress (see 13.3, 13.2 of the.2016 edition);
--- Added the current for temperature rise test of mounted coupler (see Chapter 16);
--- Changed the temperature requirements for the ball pressure test of other insulating material parts of the mounted coupler (see 21.3, 21.3 of the.2016 edition);
--- Increased requirements for creepage distance, electrical clearance and through insulation distance (see Chapter 23);
--- Added warning symbol requirements for DC applications (see Appendix E);
--- The test circuit for temperature rise test has been changed (see Appendix F, Appendix B of the.2016 edition).
