Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 32307-2015 Spacecraft Magnetic Assessment and Control: Compared with GB/T 32307-2015, except for the structural adjustment
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added the terms "magnetic field", "magnetic moment" and "magnetic purification" (see 3:1, 3:2 and 3:14);
b) Changed “Magnetic Assessment and Control Process” and “Spacecraft Magnetic Control” (see Chapter 6, 8:2:2:2, Chapter 6,:2015 Edition)
9:2:2:2);
c) Added requirements for spacecraft magnetic test and evaluation (see Chapter 10);
d) Deleted the factors affecting spacecraft magnetic measurement (see 10:3 of the:2015 edition);
e) Added the appendix "Magnetic data of typical spacecraft motors before and after magnetic shielding" and "Tests of several special magnetic sensors in near-field analysis method"
Layout method", "Magnetic moment calibration method of ferromagnetic tooling equipment in magnetic testing", "Magnetic moment magnitude and scale classification of spacecraft", "A spacecraft
On-orbit magnetic moment change fluctuation data in multi-load rotating component working mode" (see Appendix H, Appendix J, Appendix K, Appendix L,
Appendix M):

Spacecraft Magnetic Assessment and Control Methods
1 Scope
This document specifies the objectives, procedures and methods for spacecraft magnetic evaluation and magnetic control:
This document is applicable to the magnetic evaluation and magnetic control of spacecraft, and can be used as a reference for the magnetic evaluation and control of spacecraft parts and components:
2 Normative references
This document has no normative references:
3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document:
3:1
Magnetic field
A special form of matter generated by the space around magnets, electric currents, and moving electric charges, which transmits the magnetic field between real objects:
Note: The field strength that usually constitutes the magnetic moment of spacecraft products includes residual magnetic field, stray magnetic field, induced magnetic field and eddy current magnetic field:
3:2
Magnetic moment
A physical property of magnetic objects, which is a physical quantity that describes the magnetism of magnets and current-carrying coils:
Note: The magnetic moment corresponding to the field intensity source includes the residual magnetic moment, stray magnetic moment, induced magnetic moment and eddy current magnetic moment:
3:3
The magnetic field that remains when the spacecraft is not operating after the external magnetic field is eliminated:
3:4
The magnetic moment corresponding to the spacecraft's residual magnetic field:
3:5
When the spacecraft is powered on, the magnetic field is caused by the electric current:
3:6
The magnetic moment corresponding to the stray magnetic field of the spacecraft:
3:7
The magnetic field induced by the soft magnetic materials of the spacecraft under the influence of internal and external magnetic field factors:
3:8
The magnetic moment corresponding to the magnetic field sensed by the spacecraft:
Tips & Frequently Asked Questions:Question 1: How long will the true-PDF of GB/T 32307-2024_English be delivered?Answer: Upon your order, we will start to translate GB/T 32307-2024_English as soon as possible, and keep you informed of the progress. The lead time is typically 5 ~ 8 working days. The lengthier the document the longer the lead time. Question 2: Can I share the purchased PDF of GB/T 32307-2024_English with my colleagues?Answer: Yes. The purchased PDF of GB/T 32307-2024_English will be deemed to be sold to your employer/organization who actually pays for it, including your colleagues and your employer's intranet. Question 3: Does the price include tax/VAT?Answer: Yes. Our tax invoice, downloaded/delivered in 9 seconds, includes all tax/VAT and complies with 100+ countries' tax regulations (tax exempted in 100+ countries) -- See Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs): List of DTAs signed between Singapore and 100+ countriesQuestion 4: Do you accept my currency other than USD?Answer: Yes. If you need your currency to be printed on the invoice, please write an email to [email protected]. In 2 working-hours, we will create a special link for you to pay in any currencies. Otherwise, follow the normal steps: Add to Cart -- Checkout -- Select your currency to pay. Question 5: Should I purchase the latest version GB/T 32307-2024?Answer: Yes. Unless special scenarios such as technical constraints or academic study, you should always prioritize to purchase the latest version GB/T 32307-2024 even if the enforcement date is in future. Complying with the latest version means that, by default, it also complies with all the earlier versions, technically.
