1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles of mechanical products modular design, typical process and main methods. This standard is applicable to mechanical products and modular design of mechatronic products in the mechanical structure portion.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Module module Components of the system, with the typical generic independent unit determines the functions and standard interfaces.
