GB/T 31887 "Bicycle Lighting and Retroreflective Device" is divided into the following five parts.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 31887 specifies the safety requirements and tests for fixtures and controls for lighting and retroreflective devices.
Method, maintenance guide, installation and usage instructions.
This section applies to bicycles used on public roads, especially for two rounds in accordance with GB 3565 (all parts) and GB 14746.

4.1 Tolerance
Unless otherwise stated, the tolerances given in Table 1 are used.
4.2 Test conditions
All tests shall be carried out at an ambient temperature of (23 ± 5) °C and a relative humidity of (50 ± 20)% unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Test sequence
Each test shall be performed on a new test piece, but if only one test piece is available, it shall be permitted in the relevant order specified in this section.
Perform all tests on one test piece.
All components should be in the assembled state.
