In determining cable applications, it is recommended to consider possible risk of radial water. This Standard includes the so-called watertight structure cables and test. This Standard does not include special cable installation and operating conditions, for example in overhead cables, mining industry, nuclear power plants (containment and vicinity), as well as for underwater cable or a ship.
