This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 31782-2015 "Requirements for Trusted Transactions in E-Commerce". Compared with GB/T 31782-2015, except for structural adjustments
In addition to general and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the expression of some terms and definitions and added terms (see Chapter 3, Chapter 2 of the.2015 edition);
b) Changed the expression and framework diagram of the e-commerce trusted transaction requirements framework (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2015 edition);
c) Added basic trading principles (see 5.1);
d) Added basic requirements for business conduct (see 5.2);
e) Changes in transaction risk warning and avoidance requirements (see 5.3, 4.4.1 of the.2015 version);

1 Scope
This document stipulates the framework and overall requirements for trusted transactions in e-commerce, as well as trusted transaction requirements before, during, and after the transaction.
This document is applicable to regulating the transaction behavior of e-commerce operators and related parties.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
e-commerceelectroniccommerce
The business activities of selling goods or providing services through information networks such as the Internet.
Note. Excludes financial products and services, as well as the use of information networks to provide news information, audio and video programs, publishing and cultural products, etc.
