1 Scope

This document stipulates the framework and overall requirements for trusted transactions in e-commerce, as well as trusted transaction requirements before, during, and after the transaction. This document is applicable to regulating the transaction behavior of e-commerce operators and related parties.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 e-commerceelectroniccommerce The business activities of selling goods or providing services through information networks such as the Internet.
