This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard uses the translation method identical with IEC 60531.1999 "Household thermal storage room heater performance test methods."
The standard IEC 60531.1999, made the following editorial changes.
--- Chapter 1, "Scope" Add "This standard specifies the performance test methods for household thermal storage room heaters";
--- 4.3 and C.2.3 tables plus numbers to Table 1 and Table C.1;
--- Under the heading 4.1,4.2,4.3 and Chapter 5, were increased an introductory phrase;
--- To be numbered in Appendix C of the formula;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the performance test methods for household thermal storage room heaters.
This standard applies to heating intend to place in the room, there is the daily cycle of operation of electric thermal storage heaters.
Note 1. This standard does not apply to a building structure contained within the heater, central heating system or a floor heating system.
Note 2. If you plan to run the appliance as a heat storage heater or direct-acting room heaters, the appliance should be according to GB/T 154701) were tested.
This standard describes the thermal storage heaters and provisions of the basic characteristics of these properties test methods for reference.
