1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for raw materials, processing water, sensory, physical and chemical indicators and net content of salted fish, and describes the corresponding test methods.
The law also stipulates inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to the production, processing and sales of salted fish.

Raw fish should be of good quality and free of pollution. Fresh marine fish should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18108, and frozen fish should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18109.
