This document replaces GB/T 30782-2014 "Food Processing Machinery - Raw Dough and Dough Rolling Machines" and is consistent with GB/T 30782-2014. In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2014 edition); --- Deleted the definitions of "manual operation" and "automatic operation" (see 3.1 and 3.2 of the.2014 edition); --- Added the definition of "dough roller" (see 3.1); --- Deleted the description of applicable places and working conditions (see Chapter 4 of the.2014 edition); --- Added two hazard categories. 1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements and inspection rules for dough rollers (referred to as rollers), defines the relevant terms and definitions, and describes The structure of the rolling mill, verification of measures and related hazards in different areas are described, and information on usage is given. This document applies to roller mills used in food establishments (confectionery, bakery, sweet shop, delicatessen, catering, etc.). Refer to this document for more information.
