1 Scope
This document stipulates the requirements for the service organization, staffing, venue and facilities, service requirements, service flow, etc.
Process and service evaluation and improvement.
This document applies to on-site job fairs and online job fair services conducted by human resources service agencies (hereinafter referred to as service agencies).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
on-site recruitment meeting
At the agreed time and place, we organize human resource supply and demand matching activities for employers and job seekers to conduct negotiations and two-way selection.

4 Service Agency Requirements
4.1 There should be necessary venues, office facilities and equipment for conducting job fair services.
4.2 Should have the organizational and coordination capabilities to hold job fairs of corresponding scale.
4.3 Methods for organizing and implementing job fairs as well as rules and regulations that meet the needs of job fair service development should be formulated.
4.4 A responsibility system for job fair safety management should be established, and emergency plans for unexpected events should be formulated and improved in a timely manner.
4.5 An information release review mechanism should be established; a convenient and effective complaint and reporting handling mechanism should be established, and effective contact information should be made public.
4.6 The authenticity and legality of the materials provided by the employer should be reviewed.
4.7 A sound customer information protection system and job fair file management system should be established. Service agencies that hold online job fairs should also establish a network
and information security management systems to fulfill network security protection obligations.
