This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 2988-2012 "High Alumina Bricks". Compared with GB/T 2988-2012, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Delete the grades of ordinary high alumina bricks LZ-75G and LZ-55G (see Table 1 of the.2012 version);
b) Added indicators such as low creep high alumina bricks Fe2O3, TiO2 and thermal shock resistance (see Table 2);
c) Added low creep high alumina brick DRL-145K brand (see Table 2);
d) Changed some indicators of low creep high alumina bricks (see Table 2,.2012 version of Table 2).

This document stipulates the classification, brand, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, and transportation of high alumina bricks.
