Preface
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 32832-2016 "Alumina-based refractory homogeneous materials". Compared with GB/T 32832-2016, except for the structural adjustment and
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The definition of alumina-based refractory homogeneous material has been changed (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2016 edition);
b) Added the grades of alumina-based refractory homogeneous materials FNJ-90 and FNJ-83, and adjusted the grades of FNJ-70, FNJ-60 and FNJ-50 to
FNJ-70A, FNJ-70B, FNJ-60A, FNJ-60B, FNJ-50A, FNJ-50B (see Chapter 4,.2016 edition)
Chapter 4);
c) The physical and chemical indicators of alumina-based refractory homogeneous materials have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2016 edition);
d) Added requirements for other physical properties (see 5.2);
e) The corresponding test methods have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2016 edition);
f) The contents of packaging, labeling, transportation, storage and quality certificate have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2016 edition).

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18930 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
The product is made of bauxite with different alumina contents as the main raw material, which is synthesized through batching, homogenization, fine grinding, molding, high temperature calcination and other processes.
Alumina-silica refractory clinker with uniform distribution, uniform structure and stable performance.
4 Brand
According to the chemical composition of alumina, bauxite-based refractory homogeneous materials are divided into eleven grades, namely FNJ-90, FNJ-88, FNJ-85, FNJ-83,
FNJ-80, FNJ-70A, FNJ-70B, FNJ-60A, FNJ-60B, FNJ-50A, FNJ-50B. The "F", "N" and "J" in the brand name respectively stand for "bauxite".
The first Chinese characters of "base", "refractory" and "homogeneous material" are the pinyin initials. The numbers are the mass fractions of aluminum oxide. A and B are the grades.
Differences in iron content.
