1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of a vacuum oven conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to items under vacuum heating and drying, baking and vacuum oven dry heat sterilization (hereinafter referred to as
Vacuum box).

3 Conditions of Use
3.1 Environmental conditions
Vacuum box should be in the following environmental conditions.
a) indoor use;
b) a temperature of 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃;
c) when the ambient temperature is below 31 ℃ maximum relative humidity of 80% and an ambient temperature of 35 ℃, the maximum relative humidity linear drop
To 67%;
d) atmospheric pressure. 80kPa ~ 106kPa;
e) no direct sunlight or other heat sources direct radiation;
f) Pollution degree 2, around explosive gas, high concentrations of dust or corrosive substances exist;
g) vibration and air flow around without a strong presence.
3.2 Supply conditions
Vacuum box power supply should meet the following conditions.
a) rated voltage 220V or 380V, to allow deviation from the nominal value range. -15% to 10%;
b) rated frequency 50Hz, allow excursions range. ± 2%.
3.3 load conditions
Vacuum box load shall meet the following conditions.
a) placing the mass loading per cubic meter of chamber volume should not exceed 80kg;
b) the total volume of the load should not exceed 1/5 of the volume of the studio.
