3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Vertical hydraulic jack hydraulic bottle jack
The vertical structure uses hydraulic oil as the working medium and uses a plunger or hydraulic cylinder as a rigid lifting part.
Light and small lifting equipment for lifting heavy objects.
3.2
Rated capacity
Gn
Under normal working conditions, the vertical hydraulic jack can lift the maximum allowable weight in the full stroke.
3.3
lowest height
The vertical distance from the bearing surface to the bottom supporting surface when the piston rod and adjusting screw of the vertical hydraulic jack are in the fully retracted state.
3.4
Lifting height
H1
The vertical distance that the bearing surface of the vertical hydraulic jack is lifted from the lowest height position to the reliable limit position.
3.5
adjusting height
H2
The vertical hydraulic jack adjusts the vertical distance of the screw from the fully retracted state to the reliable limit position.
3.6
Safety valve load limiting device
A safety device to prevent overloading of the hydraulic system of vertical oil jack.
Note. A safety valve is usually a relief valve.
