This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This revised standard adopts the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) No. 17 standard (2002) "Pest reporting."
This compared with the standard ISPM No. 17 standards, the main differences are as follows.

3 Terms and Definitions
