Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 26904-2011 "Peach Storage Technical Regulations". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the harvest and quality requirements, pre-storage preparation, post-harvest treatment and storage, storage methods and storage conditions, storage Management, storage period, delivery, packaging and transportation, etc. This standard applies to the commercial storage and transportation of peaches, nectarines, flat peaches and other fruits.

3 Harvesting and quality requirements

3.1 Variety Short-term storage is suitable for all varieties, medium and long-term storage should choose middle and late maturity storable varieties. Different varieties of peach fruits are mature See Appendix A for period characteristics. 3.2 Harvest 3.2.1 Orchard requirements The stored peach fruits should come from orchards with standardized cultivation and management, normal fruit development, and few diseases and insect pests. Stop irrigation a week before picking. 3.2.2 Harvest maturity When the fruit is ripe, the varieties are harvested in batches, and the harvest maturity is in accordance with the quality requirements of 3.3 and see Appendix A for the development period requirements. 3.2.3 Harvesting technology Harvesting is carried out on sunny days when the temperature is low or cloudy, avoiding rainy days, wet dew (rain) and high temperature periods.
