Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26904-2011 "Peach Storage Technical Regulations". Compared with GB/T 26904-2011, the main technology of this standard
The changes are as follows.
---Added the normative reference document GB/T 30768; deleted NY/T 586-2002 (see Chapter 2);
---Added different varieties of peach maturity indicators (see Appendix A);
---Modified the time and pre-storage requirements of the storage warehouse (see Chapter 4);
---Supplemented the storage disinfection method (see Appendix B);
---Added the requirements for the quality of the outgoing and the temperature recovery in the outgoing link, and the technical regulations that the operator can enter the air-conditioned warehouse (see 8.1).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the harvest and quality requirements, pre-storage preparation, post-harvest treatment and storage, storage methods and storage conditions, storage
Management, storage period, delivery, packaging and transportation, etc.
This standard applies to the commercial storage and transportation of peaches, nectarines, flat peaches and other fruits.

3 Harvesting and quality requirements
3.1 Variety
Short-term storage is suitable for all varieties, medium and long-term storage should choose middle and late maturity storable varieties. Different varieties of peach fruits are mature

3.2 Harvest
3.2.1 Orchard requirements
The stored peach fruits should come from orchards with standardized cultivation and management, normal fruit development, and few diseases and insect pests. Stop irrigation a week before picking.
3.2.2 Harvest maturity
When the fruit is ripe, the varieties are harvested in batches, and the harvest maturity is in accordance with the quality requirements of 3.3 and see Appendix A for the development period requirements.
3.2.3 Harvesting technology
Harvesting is carried out on sunny days when the temperature is low or cloudy, avoiding rainy days, wet dew (rain) and high temperature periods. It should be picked manually, with fruit on the stalk
The skin is intact to avoid mechanical damage.
3.2.4 Post-harvest disposal
The peach fruits after harvest should be sorted and pre-cooled on the spot or nearby as soon as possible on the same day. Peach fruits that have not been transported in time should be placed in the shade of trees or other shades.
Cool and ventilated place, avoid sun or rain. The packaging for transportation after harvest should be made of wooden boxes or plastic turnover boxes. Pay attention to light handling during transportation.
Avoid bumps and damage.
