Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26901-2011 "Technical Regulations for Plum Storage". Compared with GB/T 26901-2011, the main technology of this standard
The changes are as follows.
---The normative reference document GB/T 30768 was added, and NY/T 839-2004 was deleted (see Chapter 2);
---Added the harvesting requirements of different varieties of plum fruit development period (see Appendix A), basic requirements and sugar content indicators (see Chapter 3);
---Modified the cooling time of the pre-cooling room and the temperature parameters of the pre-cooling room (see Chapter 4);
--- Added storage disinfection method (see Appendix B);
---Added the requirements for controlled atmosphere storage and delivery in the delivery link (see 8.1);
---List the transportation after leaving the warehouse separately (see Chapter 9).

Plum storage technical regulations
1 Scope
This standard stipulates plum fruit harvest, fruit quality requirements, sorting and packaging, preparation before storage, pre-cooling and storage, storage methods and storage
Storage conditions, storage management, storage period, delivery and packaging, transportation, etc.
This standard applies to the commercial storage and transportation of fresh fruits of Chinese plum (Prunussalicina Lindl.), and other types of plums can be implemented by reference.

3 Harvesting, quality requirements, sorting and packaging
3.1 Variety
Short-term storage and transportation are applicable to all varieties. For medium- and long-term storage and transportation, choose the storable varieties in the middle and late maturity varieties. different species
Refer to Appendix A for the division of plum fruit development period and early, middle and late ripening periods.
3.2 Harvest
3.2.1 Orchard requirements
The stored plum fruits should come from orchards with standardized cultivation and management, normal fruit development, and few diseases and insect pests. Stop irrigation a week before picking.
3.2.2 Harvest maturity
The fruit is harvested in batches when the fruit is ripe. See Appendix A for the fruit development period. The basic quality requirements and sugar content indicators are implemented in accordance with 3.3.
3.2.3 Harvesting technology
Harvesting should be carried out on sunny days when the temperature is low or cloudy, avoiding rainy days, wet dew (rain) and high temperature periods. It should be picked manually to keep the stalk to avoid mechanical damage.
3.2.4 Post-harvest disposal
The post-harvest transportation and packaging should be made of squeezing-resistant containers such as wooden boxes or plastic turnover boxes, and mechanical damage should be avoided during the harvest and transportation.
The harvested fruits should be placed in a cool place and sorted, pre-cooled and stored as soon as possible.
