This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 26727-2011 "Indium Waste". Compared with GB/T 26727-2011, except structural adjustment and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);
b) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
c) Deleted Class VI and Class VII products (see Chapter 3 of the.2011 edition);
d) The groups in Table 1 have been deleted, and the classification requirements for Class III and Class IV products have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2011 edition);
e) Requirements related to flammable, explosive and surface debris (4.2 and 4.3 of the.2011 edition) have been deleted.

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and accompanying documents for recycled indium raw materials.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Indium raw materials with secondary utilization value generated during production or use.
3.2
Inclusions carried-waste
Non-metallic substances mixed in the process of production, collection, packaging and transportation.
Note. Including wood waste, waste paper, waste plastic, waste rubber, waste glass, stones, etc.
4 categories
Recovered indium raw materials are divided into five categories. pure indium materials (Class I), ITO target materials (Class II), indium-containing chemical and casting materials (Class III), indium alloy materials (Class IV)
class), indium-containing semiconductor materials (class V). The classification of recycled indium raw materials is shown in Table 1.

Including indium powder, indium wire, indium plate, indium sheet, indium ingot, back plate indium and other recycled materials and scraps generated during the processing of pure indium materials, etc.

Including waste Indium Tin Oxide targets, as well as scraps, residues and unqualified products generated during target production and use.

Class III. indium-containing chemical and melting
Casting
Including indium oxide, indium phosphide, indium hydroxide, indium salt, indium-containing catalyst, indium sponge, by-products of indium melting and casting, and indium oxide, hydrogen
Indium oxide and indium salt form indium-containing chemical mixtures with a fixed composition, such as indium-tin oxide mixtures, etc.;
Level 1.wIn≥30%, composed of the same type of indium-containing chemical scraps or residues, without other inclusions;
Level 2.10%≤wIn< 30%, composed of the same type of indium-containing chemical scraps or residues, without other inclusions
