This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 26176-2010 "Soymilk Machine". Compared with GB/T 26176-2010, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Deleted the definitions of "single-function soybean milk machine", "multi-function soybean milk machine", "rated capacity range", "pulping time" and "crushing device" (see
2010 version 3.3, 3.4, 3.9, 3.12, 3.15);
---Deleted the classification and model naming methods (see Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition);
---Deleted the hardness of the crushing device (see 5.3.2 of the.2010 version);
---Deleted other performance requirements and tests for multi-functional soymilk machines (see 5.6 and 6.6 of the.2010 edition);
---Deleted the hygienic requirements and test methods for parts in contact with drinks (see 5.8 and 6.8 of the.2010 edition);

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
soymilkmaker soymilkmaker
An appliance whose main function is to make soy milk drinks.
Note. The production process includes food crushing, stirring, heating and other procedures.
3.2
soymilk
A milky drink obtained by extracting the protein and other ingredients from soybeans with water.
3.3
standard dry soybean criteriondrysoybean
The 100-kernel weight is between 17g and 21g, the protein content is greater than or equal to 40% and less than 44%, and the moisture content does not exceed 13%.
Insect-free, mold-free, pollution-free, clean and plump soybeans.
