Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26075-2010 "round bar for sucker rods". Major technical changes compared to GB/T 26075-2010
as follows.
--- Revised the specifications, nominal diameter tolerance and out-of-roundness in Table 1 (see 4.1.1, 4.1.1 of.2010 edition);
--- Increased the size and accuracy requirements of hot rolled wire rods (see 4.1.3);
--- Increased the number of 30MnNiMoA, 23Ni2MoVA (see 5.1.1);
--- Revised the reference level of 25CrMoA, 35CrMoA steel (see 5.1.1, 5.1.1 of the.2010 edition);
--- The requirement for sulfur residual element content is tightened (see 5.1.1, 5.1.1 of.2010 edition);
--- Increased the mechanical performance requirements for the addition of 2 new grades (see 5.4.1);
--- Increased normalizing temperature allows adjustment range (see 5.4.1);
--- Revised the surface quality description of hot rolled round steel (see 5.8.1, 5.8.1 of the.2010 edition);
--- Revised the rules for the weight of the wire rod (see 8.3, 8.3 of the.2010 edition);
--- Revised the requirements of the HY level in Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the.2010 edition);
--- Add Appendix B (see Appendix B).

Round bar for sucker rod
1 Scope
This standard specifies the order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the round bar for sucker rods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules.
Then, packaging, signs and quality certificates.
This standard is applicable to round steel (hereinafter referred to as "round steel") or wire rod for hot-rolled and cold drawn sucker rods with a nominal diameter of not more than 70 mm.
