This document replaces GB/T 26050-2010 "Determination of metal element content in cemented carbide by X-ray fluorescence - Melting method".
Compared with GB/T 26050-2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
The measurement ranges of Cr, Fe, Ni, Ta, Ti and V have been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition); a)
Changed the principle (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2010 edition); b)
The reagents anhydrous barium peroxide, anhydrous barium carbonate, and anhydrous sodium tetraborate (see 5.1 and 5.2 of the.2010 edition) have been deleted; c)
Added reagent anhydrous lithium tetraborate lithium metaborate mixed flux (see 6.2); d)
Modified release agent (see 6.6, 5.6 of.2010 edition); e)
Added "porcelain boat, balance" (see 7.8, 7.9); f)

X-ray fluorescence spectrometry
1 Scope
This document describes the determination of the content of cobalt, chromium, iron, manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, tantalum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten and zirconium in cemented carbide after fusion.
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can also be used as a reference for the determination of metal element content in refractory metal carbides.
This document applies to carbides of niobium, tantalum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten and zirconium and pre-sintered and sintered cemented carbides synthesized from these carbides.
Determination of cobalt, chromium, iron, manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel, tantalum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten and zirconium contents. The determination range of each element is shown in Table 1.
