This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 26007-2010 "Copper band for elastic elements and connectors".
The main technical changes compared to GB/T 26007-2010 are as follows.
--- "1/4 hard (Y4), half hard (Y2), hard (Y), special hard (T), hard (TY)" state change to "1/4 hard (H01)
1/2 hard (H02), hard (H04), hard (H06), elastic (H08) ";
--- Thickness range from "0.1mm ~ 1.5mm" expanded to "0.07mm ~ 2mm";
--- width range from "3mm ~.200mm" expanded to "6mm ~ 620mm";
--- increased the symbol of the alloy;
--- increased the H62, H66, H68 grades and related regulations;
- the provisions of "the method of analysis of chemical composition of strip material in accordance with YS/T 482, YS/T 483" are added;
--- increased the "strip size measurement according to GB/T 26303.3 provisions" requirement;
--- "the preparation of the sample according to the provisions of YS/T 815" provisions;
- the addition of the "sampling method according to the provisions of YS/T 668" requirement;
--- to improve the "strip side of the curvature of the" requirements;
--- to improve the "strip width tolerance" requirements;
--- to improve the "strip thickness tolerance" requirements.
