This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 2567-2008 "Resin casting body performance test method", compared with GB/T 2567-2008, except for structural adjustment
In addition to the overall and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The sample processing method is changed, and the one-time forming method is recommended (see 5.1.4.1, 4.1.4.1 of the.2008 edition);
b) The appearance requirements for processed samples have been added (see 5.1.4.5);
c) The regulations on internal stress inspection of resin casting bodies have been deleted (see 4.1.5 of the.2008 edition);
d) The regulations on periodic verification of testing machines have been deleted (see 4.5.4 of the.2008 edition);
e) The length of the tensile specimen is changed from ≥200mm to.200mm~220mm (see 6.1.2.1, 5.1.2 of the.2008 edition);
f) The requirements for grading loading of tensile properties (see 5.1.4.6 in the.2008 edition) and the requirements for grading loading of compression properties (see the.2008 edition) have been deleted.

a) The template is a flat and smooth glass plate or steel plate, and its size is determined by the required sample area plus the area of the mold frame.
