Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document is Part 3 of GB/T 25444 "Electrical Installations for Mobile and Fixed Offshore Installations": GB/T 25444 has been issued
The following parts have been published:
---Part 1: General requirements and conditions;
---Part 2: System Design;
---Part 3: Equipment;
---Part 5: Mobile facilities;
---Part 6: Installation;
---Part 7: Hazardous areas:
This document replaces GB/T 25444:3-2010 "Electrical installations for mobile and fixed offshore installations - Part 3: Equipment" and is consistent with
Compared with GB/T 25444:3-2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The voltage limit of "AC voltage not greater than 35000V and DC voltage not greater than 750V" has been deleted from "Scope" (see
Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2010 edition);
b) Change "General Provisions" to "General Requirements" and make general provisions on related electrical equipment (see Chapter 4,:2010 edition
Chapter 4);
c) Change "power and lighting transformers" to "transformers", add "non-sealed liquid-immersed (oil-immersed) transformers", and delete "parallel operation"
"Exercise" and "Experiment" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the:2010 edition);
d) Changed the relevant requirements for "switchgear and control equipment combinations" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the:2010 edition);
e) Delete the requirements related to "internal windings", "accessibility" and "diagrams" (see 8:2, 8:4 and 8:7 of the:2010 edition);
f) Deleted the specific requirements for “lighting fixtures” (see Chapter 10 of the:2010 edition);
g) Deleted the specific requirements for "electric heaters and electric cookers" (see Chapter 11 of the:2010 edition);
h) The chapter "Underwater Systems and Equipment" has been deleted (see Chapter 14 of the:2010 edition):
This document is modified to adopt IEC 61892-3:2019 "Electrical installations for mobile and fixed offshore installations - Part 3: Equipment":
The technical differences between this document and IEC 61892-3:2019 and their reasons are as follows:
---Replace IEC 61439-2:2011 with normatively quoted GB/T 7251:2-2023 (see 7:4:1, 7:4:4:1, 7:4:4:2,
14:2), to ensure that the normative reference documents are the latest version;
---The "general requirements" of "design verification" were changed from required clauses to recommended clauses (see 7:4:4:1) to ensure the applicability of the standard in our country
responsiveness;
---Deleted the normative references in 6:1 of IEC 61892-3:2019 IEC 60146-1-3 and the normative references in Chapter 12
IEC 60519-10, as these two standards have been abolished and have not been replaced by any standard:
The following editorial changes have been made to this document:
---A note was added in 4:7:4 that "the identification of three-phase busbars is distinguished by different color codes";
---A note was added in 4:7:5 "The markings of the DC bus are distinguished by different color scales (positive brown, negative blue): For example: positive brown scale
Marked as 'BK', negative blue is marked as 'BU'":
