Foreword
This standard is identical with ISO 15303.2001 "Determination of volatile organic pollutants in animal fat by Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry"
(In English).
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";
--- Delete foreword international standards;
--- Equivalents adopted GB/T 15687 instead of ISO 661. 1989;
--- The "helium, chemically pure" to "helium, purity ≥99.999%".

Animal and vegetable fats
Determination of Volatile Organic Pollutants
Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry of volatile organic pollutants in edible oils principle, reagents, equipment, operation step
Suddenly, the results of the calculation and presentation precision.
This standard applies to crude and refined edible oil pollution volatile chemical industrial products qualitative analysis and quantitative determination.
This standard does not apply to chemical substances and non-volatile chemicals can react with natural ingredients in edible oil or edible oil measured response
set. In this case, sometimes it is used in the qualitative analysis of pollutants.
This law applies to the following classes of compounds measured.
--- Saturated halogenated hydrocarbons;
--- Unsaturated halogenated hydrocarbons;
--- Esters, aldehydes, alcohols, amines, ketones, ethers;
--- Cyclic compounds and aromatic compounds;
--- Nitrogen-containing compound;
--- Acrylates.
The standard measurement range of 1mg/kg ~ 10mg/kg.

Principle 3
The retention time and the measured pollutants chromatography and similar content deuterated internal standard added to the sample oils, and added to the temperament
Sample tube thermal desorption spectrometry apparatus connected to the sample volatile substances trapped in the cold trap. Instant cold trap temperature was raised to 160 ℃,
Desorbed from the cold trap out of the material into the GC/MS analysis. Internal standard.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, analytical grade reagents and distilled water was used in the analysis only, deionized water or equivalent purity.
4.1 reference standards. the measured volatile contaminants corresponding standards, the purity of ≥99%.
4.2 methanol. pure class distinctions.
4.3 Internal standard. completely deuterated benzene, naphthalene or completely deuterated completely deuterated ethyl benzene purity of ≥99%.
4.4 Helium. purity ≥99.999%.
4.5 refining, bleaching, deodorization peanut oil or similar thereto stable liquid vegetable oils. contains no contaminants associated with industrial chemicals tested
substance.
