1 Scope
This section GB/T 25162 specifies the test method drop method of vertical impact, filled paper bag. This method can
For research on the impact of vertical bags of single tests also may be tested in a paper bag containing vertical shock hazard circulation system
An integral part of the series resistance tests.
This section specifies the content of the test equipment, test procedures and test reports.
This section is in GB/T 4857.5 on the basis of established, but only for the paper bag.

Principle 3
After a rigid plane above the lift bag full release of its free fall on the plane. Atmospheric conditions during the test, the drop height
Degree and location of the package are pre-configured.
4 Test Equipment
Example drop test equipment required in Appendix A.
4.1 lifting device
In the release process can not enhance or damage the test sample.
4.2 support means
Means for supporting the test sample prior to release should make the test sample in a predetermined position. 1)
4.3 release device
The device should enable the release of the test sample drop shock struck the table (4.4) before touching any part of the device does not drop freely.
4.4 Impact mesa
It should have a certain level of quality rigid, so as not to move during the test, no deformation.
1) supporting the test sample of different methods, such as the test sample from the upper end of its lifting, or from the bottom to hold up, the role of the impact test samples situations difference
Not great. Thus supporting method test samples shall be stated in the test report.
Typically, the impact should table.
a) block, its quality should be at least 50 times the most important test of the quality of the bag;
b) a flat, table height difference between any two points on the horizontal must not exceed 2mm;
c) strong, static load 10kg placed on any area of \u200b\u200b100mm2 table, the deformation should not exceed 0.1mm;
Size d) the area should be sufficient to ensure that the test sample is completely fall within the impact surface.
