Introduction
At present, the reliability technology has been widely applied to various fields, such as the automotive industry, the medical industry, the military field, the field of aviation. long
The practice of time has proved that the application of reliability technology in various fields effectively promotes the rapid improvement of product quality so as to better satisfy
The consumer's needs.
China's home appliance industry is now a mature industry, becoming the world's home appliance producer, consumer and exporter. Today, China is already full
Ball largest producer and exporter of indoor heaters. Reliability evaluation as an important means to improve product quality, product design,
Production and use of the stage has been widely used. With the introduction of national standards for the reliability of indoor heater test methods, the use of reliability
Evaluation methods to evaluate the key technologies of indoor heaters, and thus effectively ensure the improvement of product quality and protect the interests of product users
It is very necessary.
This section combines the characteristics of the indoor heater industry, and learn from the reliability of the relevant industry standard template, the use of mathematical statistics and synthesis
Indoor heater industry views of various companies, identified a scientific and effective evaluation program. This section GB/T 24986.1 "Household and Similar uses
Electrical reliability evaluation method Part 1. General requirements "in the application of indoor heater reliability evaluation, which defines the standard
The type of product used specifies the method of evaluating the reliability of indoor heaters for statistical evaluation of quantitative evaluation and the determination of the reliability of indoor heaters
Evaluation of the selected parameters, reliability test methods and programs.
Household and similar electrical appliances reliability evaluation method
Part 5. Particular requirements for room heaters
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 24986 specifies the quantitative evaluation of the reliability of household and similar indoor heaters (hereinafter referred to as "heater")
Common parameters and evaluation methods.
This section applies to all types of portable and standing heater, single-phase appliance rated voltage not exceeding 250V, other appliances rated voltage
No more than 480V heaters.
This section does not apply to the following heaters.
--- Installed in the building structure within the heater;
--- Central heating system;
--- Connect the air duct heater;

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 24986.1-2010 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Durability
Under specified conditions of use and service, the ability to perform specified functions until the limit condition has been achieved.
Note. The limit state of a product can be characterized by the termination of its useful life, its economic and technical suitability, etc.
3.2
The MTTFF validation interval demonstratedMTTFFinterval
Under test conditions, the possible range of true MTTFF. That is, the interval estimation of MTTFF under the specified confidence level.
Note (MTTFF) U is called the upper confidence limit, and (MTTFF) L is the lower confidence limit.
3.3
Confidencelevel
Random confidence intervals include the probability of the true value of the parameter.
