This standard is equivalent to international standard ISO 15753.2006 "Animal and vegetable fats - Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons" (in English).
For ease of use, the standard ISO 15753.2006 includes the following editorial changes.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of 15 PAHs animal fats relevant terms and definitions, principles, again by HPLC
Agents, equipment, pretreatment methods of general animal fat, coconut oil, and pre-treatment methods short chain fatty acids containing vegetable oil, high performance liquid chromatography
Spectral analysis, results are shown and precision.
This standard applies to general animal fats and coconut oil was measured and short chain fatty acids containing vegetable oils polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
This standard does not apply to the more volatile components of quantitative naphthalene, acenaphthene and fluorene analysis, and palm oil and olive pomace oil Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons
Determination.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
