4 Basic Requirements
4.1 Facilities and Equipment
4.1.1 Appropriate cold storage, transportation vehicles or other facilities and equipment that meet the requirements for temperature and humidity control of aquatic product circulation shall be provided as required.
4.1.2 Safety technical requirements for aquatic product transportation equipment shall comply with the provisions of SC/T 6041, and ultra-low temperature aquatic product transportation equipment shall comply with

4.2 Personnel
4.2.1 Personnel engaged in the circulation of aquatic products should have relevant knowledge of aquatic product quality control and food hygiene during the circulation process, and should be professionally trained.
