Performance test for precast concrete slab
In the concentrated load under working conditions
1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination floors and floor component performance under concentrated load test program. These tests include.
--- Finished floor lateral adhesion test;
--- Floor with a surface layer penetration resistance test;

This standard applies to all kinds of prefabricated concrete slabs, thin secondary member or members (generally not more than 2m).
2 Test Equipment

3.1 Test principle
In the middle of a full scale longitudinal test piece band, concentrated load is applied.

3.2 Specimen
Specimen Composition.
a) trabecular and filler block floor consisting of.

3.3 Test Procedure
The specimen should be placed on the Hinged support.
Loads should be 200mm × 200mm rigid plate, the surface of the specimen in the span of 1/4 and 3/4 of the longitudinal dimension by an
Axis.
On each rigid plate, the equivalent of five times the loading, each load 500N. It should be observed after each load test block bottom surface, and then step by step

3.4 Expression of results

a) loading diagram;
B) When subjected to the maximum load, the bottom surface of the cracking condition;
