GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods (GB/T 6682-2008, ISO 3696. 1987, MOD)
Principle 3
With 0.07mol/L hydrochloric acid solution treatment of the coating after drying, using suitable analytical detection limit of the test solution was quantitatively measuring instrument soluble
The content of the element.
4 Reagents
Analysis and testing use only recognized as analytical reagents, water used in line with GB/T 6682 in the three water requirements.
4.1 HCl. about 37% (by mass) density of about 1.18g/mL.
4.2 hydrochloric acid solution. 0.07mol/L.
4.3 hydrochloric acid solution. approximately 2mol/L.
4.4 nitric acid solution a 1. 1 (volume ratio).
4.5 antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium standard stock solution. a concentration of 100mg/L or 1000mg/L.
5. Apparatus
Common laboratory equipment as well as some of the following equipment.
5.1 The detection limit appropriate (see Chapter 8) analytical instruments. such as atomic absorption spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer.
5.2 crushing equipment. shredders, scissors and so on.
5.3 stainless steel metal sieve. aperture of 0.5mm.
5.4 Balance. Precision 0.1mg.
5.5 Heating and stirring device. the device should be in a constant temperature (37 ± 2) ℃ with continuous auto stirring, stir the outer layer should be teflon or glass
Glass. It can also be used in a constant temperature (37 ± 2) ℃ in shaking water bath.
5.6 pH meter. accuracy of ± 0.2pH units.
5.7 membranes (for water). Aperture 0.45μm.
5.8 flask. 25mL, 50mL, 100mL like.
5.9 Pipette. 1mL, 2mL, 5mL, 10mL, 25mL, 50mL and the like.
5.10 series of chemical containers. total capacity of hydrochloric acid solution (4.2) the volume of the extraction agent 1.6 to 5.0 times.
5.11 glass or Teflon plate.
All glassware, sample containers, stirring, glass or Teflon boards are required before using a nitric acid solution (4.4) soaked
24h, then washed with water and dried.
