3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 6687 apply to this document.
4 Principle
The test sample and the standard sample of the same type are tested under the same conditions on pure polyester textiles or diacetate fabrics of standard specifications.
For dyeing or printing, the color intensity of the standard sample is 100 points, and the color light is used as the standard. Visual comparison or instrument measurement comparison is performed to evaluate the sample.
The color and intensity of the coloring method are divided into four types. high temperature and high pressure dyeing method, hot melt dyeing method, printing method, and diacetate fiber dyeing method.
5 Reagents and Materials
The reagents and materials used should comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T 2374-2017 and the following provisions.
─Diacetate. Plain/Woven/75D×100D.
6 Instruments and equipment
The instruments and equipment used shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 2374-2017 and the following provisions.
Hot melt machine. laboratory hot melt pad dyeing unit or electric constant temperature blast oven; a)
Pad dyeing machine. small pad dyeing machine for laboratory use; b)
Printing machine. small printing machine for laboratory use; c)
High temperature and high pressure dyeing machine. small high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine for laboratory use; d)
